Responsible for Mechanical Workshop, revolving fund works, department cleaning, organization and order.
COORDINATORshipS
MÜDEK Coordination Office: Works with the authority given by the department head in the execution of the program. It can request information and documents from all commissions and attend their meetings when necessary. MÜDEK is the promoter and responsible of the program during the accreditation process.
Double major / minor coordinator: Solve the problems of double major / minor students in coordination with the adjustment commission and major advisor or forward them to the department administration.
Erasmus , Mevlana, Farabi and ECTS Coordination: Provides inter-departmental coordination. It determines the courses to be taken by outgoing and incoming students and presents them to the authorized boards. It carries out the necessary studies for the diploma supplement and brings ECTS credits up to date.

EDUCATION COMMISSION
It determines the program objectives and updates the curriculum by taking into account the opinions of internal and external stakeholders. Prepares the forms needed by the measurement and evaluation commission. Ensures the preparation and updating of course catalog forms. It checks that the program outputs are provided on the basis of the department curriculum.

MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION COMMISSION
Conducts course/faculty evaluation surveys for students in line with the principles determined by the education commission. Examines course files, survey results and course evaluation forms. It submits its results and suggestions to the MÜDEK coordinator in a report. Assists the MÜDEK coordinator in the preparation of the self-evaluation report during the accreditation process.

ADJUSTMENT COMMISSION
It carries out the adjustments of students who transfer horizontally or vertically to the department or who want to continue their education by taking advantage of the amnesty law. Members of this commission are Erasmus and Farabi is responsible for all vertical and horizontal transfers and other adjustments, except for double majors / minors .

INTERNSHIP COMMISSION
Determines the internship place or checks and approves the internship places found by the students. Announces the principles regarding the internship to the students in a timely manner. Holds an information meeting for students before the internship. Coordinates internship-related correspondence. It organizes the stages of reading the internship notebook, presenting it orally and announcing the results.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES COMMISSION
Prepares the orientation program for new students . Organizes extracurricular activities (trips, sports activities, etc.) of students and faculty members. Organizes and conducts new/old graduate surveys. It calls the advisory board to a meeting once a year and conducts program evaluation surveys. It obtains statistical results by establishing a data bank on former students/industrialists and delivers the results to the MÜDEK coordinator.

ELECTIVE COURSE COMMISSION
Develops forms for elective courses. It distributes branch selection, Technical Elective and Social Elective courses.

PROJECT COMMISSION
Develops forms for mid-year project and final design projects. Announces project topics. It distributes the project. Checks and approves project proposals in terms of design and content. Makes final checks (title, approval page, design, technical drawing, cost calculation, etc. ) during the project delivery process.
Determines the students' thesis presentation juries and organizes the presentations. He delivers the results to the department head. He/she is responsible for providing the information and documents requested by the MÜDEK office.

LABORATORY COMMISSION
Prepares the laboratory course schedule. He/she appoints the laboratory staff with the approval of the relevant department vice presidents. Ensures that laboratory sheets are given to students. Organizes exams. He delivers the results to the department head. The student is responsible for providing the information and documents requested by the MÜDEK office to be included in the course file.

STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMISSION
Makes strategic plans of the department. Determines the materials that need to be purchased or scrapped and notifies the department head with a report.

COMPUTER COMMISSION
Reports to the department vice president responsible for academic affairs. It ensures that computers and projection devices are kept working in all classrooms, especially in the computer laboratory, and in seminar and meeting rooms that are open to common use . Establishes and updates the necessary ready-made programs, with the knowledge of the course faculty members, in order to conduct the courses regularly .
